A FLINTSHIRE man has lost his licence and been ordered to pay hundreds of pounds for a motoring crime.
The case of 44-year-old Andrew Leslie Francis, of Moor Avenue in Holway, was heard at Bradford And Keighley Magistrates Court on March 4.
An allegation of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver / rider of a vehicle when required had been proved by single justice procedure at a previous hearing.

The offence took place in Bradford on September 15 last year.
He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £66, as well as £90 costs.
Francis was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
