A band from Wrexham have donated all proceeds from a recent merchandise sale to support Ukraine, days before they go on tour.
The Royston Club decided that all profits made from a recent sale of branded hoodies should be donated to the British Red Cross Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
With the current events taking place, the response from the Wrexham and Flintshire communites has been outstanding, with a Wrexham organisation receiving praise in Parliament for their support.
50 hoodies were put up for sale at 6pm on Wednesday, and were sold out at 6.25pm. The money raised from the sales looks set to total around £1,200.

Lead singer Tom Faithfull felt it was only right that the band contributed in some way, he said:
"The idea came from how horrific it's been watching the news everyday.
"To see something that is so black and white with how wrong it is, and is affecting the number of completely innocent people that it is, has really blown our minds in a day and age where we thought something like this couldn't happen.
"It was amazing to see the hoodies go so quickly, the medium and large sizes sold out pretty much instantly and all sizes were gone within 25 minutes or so.
"Last time we released some merch, they were the most popular item and were the quickest to go so it wasnt a huge suprise that they went relatively quickly but we were suprised they went as quickly as they did."

The band, that are set to jet off to Texas on Sunday (March 13) to play at SXSW Festival, decided against using the profits to subsidise their trip as they felt there was better cause.
Tom added: "As we are going out to America the thought did cross our minds but ultimately (and I know it sounds pretentious) but we thought hopefully there'll be other opportunities to sell merchandise.
"Whereas the war in Ukraine is happening right now and it wouldn't feel right doing nothing about it.
"However, we literally can't wait to go and play at SXSW. It's been a while with no gigs for us so to have our first gigs since early December to be in Texas is awesome."
