POLICE in Wrexham say they want to keep residents 'safe from any dangerous dogs' following an incident they dealt with earlier this month.
On March 6, North Wales Police officers attended an incident in the Tan Y Dre area of Caia Park, Wrexham.
They say a German Shepherd dog was seen to be 'overly aggressive' towards a resident who was walking home.
Officers are now appealing for anyone else who has ben through a similar incident to get in touch with them.

A statement from North Wales Police read: "Sadly. on March 6, North Wales Police received a call regarding a dangerous dog incident in the Tan Y Dre area of Caia Park.
"The dog involved was a German shepherd and was believed to be overly aggressive to a resident walking home.
"We want to keep you safe from any dangerous dogs incidents so if you have witnessed any incidents in the area please get in touch."
