SIX victories on the bounce for Wrexham AFC left one-half of its Hollywood ownership feeling 'pretty good'.
Phil Parkinson's side beat fellow National League promotion-chasers Boreham Wood 4-2 at the Racecourse on Tuesday evening (March 8).
Goals from Ollie Palmer, Aaron Hayden, James Jones and Paul Mullin saw Wrexham up to third in the table - with a game in hand on Chesterfield who are above them by just the one point.
That victory left the club's co-owner Rob McElhenney - although admitting he didn't 'know a ton about football' - posting a smiley face emoji to Twitter.
He posted this Tweet, along with a picture of the National League table, after the club's latest win ...
I don’t know a ton about football but this seems pretty good :) 🏴 ⚽️ pic.twitter.com/YsmWnVZcbL

The 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' actor took over control of Wrexham AFC alongside Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds in February 2021.
It has been some year for the owners, fans and club since then, with changes to the Racecourse, record signings and a determination to get back into the Football League.
The club was relegated from the Football League in 2008 and has been looking for a way back into the 'big time' ever since.
But now, with the Hollywood pair's backing, there is a renewed sense of hope among followers of the club that this could very well be the year they make their long-awaited return.
