A SUSPECTED drink driver was arrested after his car ploughed into a hedge during a police pursuit in Wrexham.
The incident occurred in the Rossett area last night (Tuesday) and saw the 18-year-old driver of the car arrested for six suspected offences.
He had crashed the car into a hedge and fled on foot, before being detained by officers from North Wales Police's Intercept Team.

A North Wales Police spokesperson said the man was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and possession of cannabis, along with other suspected driving offences.
He has since been released under investigation and police enquiries remain ongoing.
