MAGISTRATES courts across our area deal with numerous motoring offenders every week.
Here are some of the latest cases which have been dealt with at Mold and Wrexham Magistrates Courts in recent days.

 

Desmond Pheby, aged 52, of Harley Drive in Higher Kinnerton
Offence: Exceed temporary 40mph speed restriction on A55 at the Tal-y-Bont to Abergwyngregyn roadworks, Gwynedd.
Outcome: Proved by single justice procedure. Fined £220, £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, driving record endorsed with three points.

Charlie Natasha Jakovleus, aged 29, of Maes Madoc in Acrefair.
Offence: Use a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance, drive a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
Outcome: Guilty plea by single justice procedure. Fined £120, £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, driving record endorsed with six points.

 

Daniel Wright, aged 25 and of Ffordd Gwynedd in Wrexham.
Offence: Drive a vehicle when the registration mark fails to conform with regulations.
Outcome: Guilty plea. Fined £132, £34 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Kamila Monika Mlynarska, aged 37 and of Cefn Road in Wrexham.
Offence: Fail to give information relating to the identification of the driver / rider of a vehicle when required
Outcome: Guilty plea. £120 fine, £34 victim surcharge, £110 costs, driving record endorsed with six points.
