A WREXHAM artist has been fined after missing an appointment with his probation worker.
Adam Reece Pritchard, of Alexandra Road, appeared at Mold Crown Court on Monday morning.
The 39-year-old admitted breaching his ongoing suspended sentence order - imposed last year for drugs related offence - by failing to attend an appointment.
Karl Scholz, prosecuting, told the court he was meant to go to a probation appointment in December - but didn't turn up and didn't respond to phone calls or a text.
When offered further appointments in December, he didn't attend those either - or a court date earlier this month.

Defending himself at the hearing, Pritchard explained he is a self employed artist and designer and said he had changed address - but that he'd notified his probation officer.
Judge Niclas Parry told him his progress on the order had otherwise been "more good than bad" and opted to allow it to continue.
The Judge handed down a fine of £150 and ordered the defendant to pay £150 costs.
He added: "If you change address or mobile number, make you give the probation service something in writing.
"They are there to help you."
