SEVERAL Wrexham motoring offenders were dealt with by Mold Magistrates Court earlier this week.
Here is a roundup of some of those cases and their outcomes:
Phillip Jason Hughes, aged 47, of Belmont Road in Wrexham
Offences: Use a motor vehicle on a road / public place (A483 at Wrexham) without third party insurance, drive a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
Outcome: Both charges proved by single justice procedure. Insurance Offence: £660 fine, £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs and disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for two years. Licence offence: No separate penalty.
Paula Patrzycja Tatys, aged 29, of Meifod Place in Wrexham
Offence: Fail to give information relating to the identification of the driver / rider of a vehicle when required.
Outcome: Proved by single justice procedure. £660 fine, £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, driving record endorsed with 6 points.

Kidr Ahmed, aged 41, of King Street in Wrexham
Offence: Speeding on the A483 at Rossett
Outcome: Proved by single justice procedure. £220 fine, £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs.
Damien Allan Jones, aged 36 and of Poplar Avenue in Rhos
Offence: Use a motor vehicle on a road / public place (Ffordd Llanerch in Pen-y-Cae) without third party insurance
Outcome: Proved by single justice procedure. £660 fine, £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, driving record endorsed with 6 points.
Ben Rowley, aged 36 and of Trafalgar Close in Wrexham
Offence: Drive vehicle no front registration plate
Outcome: Proved by single justice procedure. £220 fine, £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs.
