THINGS are about to get 'tasty' for Wrexham AFC fans as die-hard supporter Bootlegger gets set to launch his autobiography.
People all over the world have become devoted supporters of the club since the takeover by Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney was completed in early 2021.
But, there is one fan in particular who hundreds of thousands of Twitter followers in particular will recognise - Karl Phillips, aka 'Bootlegger'.
With 332,000 followers on the social media platform, it's fair to say that 'the captain' himself has also helped put Wrexham AFC on the map.

Over the years, he's become a social media sensation through his matchday vlogs and videos of him sinking pints while coining iconic phrases such as “I’ve had an absolute grueller” and “It’s gonna get tasty baby”.
His 'one of the lads' approach to life has gained him a lot of recognition among fans who are hooked on his humour and what he gets up to on a daily basis.
From work life to spending time with his wife, who he has affectionately nicknamed his wife 'the Flamethrower', the fun never stops with Bootlegger.
By now, he even has his own brand of beer out; the Wrexham Lager Bootlegger 1974 Pilsner, which recently secured a deal with major supermarket Aldi.
