A collision occurred near an industrial estate in Wrexham.
Traffic reports stated on Wednesday evening that the incident occurred on the B5605 Ruabon Road in Johnstown, near Vauxhall industrial estate.
The ambulance service confirmed today (Thursday) that the collision involved a pedestrian and one person was taken to hospital.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called shortly after 7.30pm last night, Wednesday 2 March, to reports of a road traffic accident involving a pedestrian on Wrexham Road in the Johnstown area of Wrexham.
“We sent a paramedic in a rapid response car and an emergency ambulance to the scene, and one person was taken to Wrexham Maelor Hospital.”
