WREXHAM residents gathered in their numbers to stand in solidarity with Ukraine over the weekend.
Around 200 people gathered at Queen Square at mid-day on Sunday to show their support for Ukrainians in light of the Russian invasion of the country.
Residents were urged to bring placards and flags along with them to Wrexham before observing a moments silence at the event.

Organiser Natasha Borton said: "Thank you to everyone who came to Queen's Square today to stand in solidarity and to the many people who captured the afternoon for those who couldn't be with us."
Collection points are now being set up throughout both Flintshire and Wrexham where people can drop-off items to be donated to Ukraine.
Among those are the Wrexham Enterprise Hub on Rhosddu Road.
People can donate a range of items to help out from teddies and colouring books for children to sleeping bags, cups, first aid kits and toothbrushes.
