A POLICE dog helped sniff out a wanted Flintshire man who was all bark and no bite over the weekend.
North Wales Police officers say they played out a short game of 'hide and seek' with a man in Holywell on Sunday, February 27.
That game came to an end when police dog Bart tracked down the man, who had allegedly committed 'multiple offences' in the area.
He was found 'trying to hide' from officers.
A statement from Cheshire and North Wales Police Dogs team read: "PD Bart assisted his colleagues last night in Holywell after a male decided to run off after committing multiple offences.
"Unfortunately he wasn’t very good at playing hide & seek and after a lengthy search PD Bart found him trying to hide!"

The Cheshire and North Wales Police Dogs team regularly help out with fighting crime in the local area.
Earlier in February, police dogs ‘Arlo’ and ‘Gas’ were on hand to assist officers in North Flintshire after reports of disorder in a town centre.
They helped discover a large knife and a mobile phone wanted in connection to the incidents during that night.
You can keep up with the progress of the police dogs on social media with posts made on the Cheshire and North Wales Alliance Police Dog Unit's Facebook and Twitter accounts.
