Wrexham police have confirmed investigations are still ongoing following two executed drug warrants earlier this week.
On Wednesday (February 23) North Wales Police confirmed they had completed drug warrants in the Chirk area.
The two drug warrants were executed in the St Mary’s Close area of Chirk.
These warrants were led following information obtained through local intelligence and Crimestoppers, and were actioned to disrupt the activity of criminals and ensure the victims and communities are safeguarded.

Wrexham Rural Inspector Gavin Gilmore said: “At present I cannot disclose what was seized from these addresses as this forms part of larger ongoing investigation. As for arrests, no persons were arrested at the time but our investigations are ongoing and arrests will be made in due course
“Again, I would like to thank the local community for their support and urge members of the public to continue passing on information. We will then continue to disrupt the activity of those criminals involved in exploitation and criminality.”
