PLANS have been resubmitted for homes on the site of a former Flintshire pub.
The Feathers Inn, in Bagillt, was demolished last year having been closed for a number of years.
A subsequent planning application for the erection of eight semi-detached homes was submitted to Flintshire Council. However, it was rejected on the grounds that the application amounted to overdevelopment. It also failed to provide adequate residential curtilage areas, and does not satisfy highway requirements in terms of visibility, parking, site levels, retaining structures and the impact on the existing footway and bus stop.
But a new application has gone in to build six three-bedroom homes with associated parking.
As the application has only just been submitted, no further details on the nature of the application are available.
