IN the wake of three storms in a row Wrexham's Streetscene staff are still busy across the county borough cleaning up.
About 35 trees fell due to the winds and many more were damaged.
The A525 and Straight Mile at Bangor on Dee remain closed.Wrexham Council is reminding people not to drive through any flooded roads and use the diversions in place.
However, bin collections were unaffected by the storms.
Cllr David A Bithell, Lead Member for Environment and Transport, said: "There's a lot of work ahead to check trees in all our country parks, cemeteries and crematorium and people are urged to be cautious if visiting any of these areas.
"I'd like to thank staff for their work throughout the storms and in the weeks to come. They've risen to the challenges faced in order to keep people safe."
The council added there was some damage to one of the viewing platforms attached to the Engine House at Minera which it is currently assessing.
