Today marks the anniversary of start of the the Queen's 70-year reign as British monarch.
This year is to be filled with celebrations marking the Platinum Jubilee, including a bumper Bank Holiday weekend starting on Thursday, June 2.
Queen Elizabeth II has made several visits to North Wales across those seven decades, including Wrexham and Flintshire.
Here we look back on just some of those days.
Many will still remember some of her more recent appearances, enjoying the buzz of streets lined with schoolchildren waving Union Jacks, and those excited to get a glimpse of the Royal family figurehead.
The Queen is now the longest reigning female monarch in history.
Were you lucky enough to see or meet her on one of her visits to the area? Or maybe there is another special memory relating to the Queen.
