FLINTSHIRE Council is set to install electric vehicle charging points at car parks across the county.
The council is in the process of procuring 17 charging points across nine of its car parks.
Those ear-marked for charging points include Plas Yn Dre, Holywell; Griffiths Square, Mold; New Street, Mold; Pierce Street, Queensferry; Bridge Street, Shotton; Precinct Wary, Buckley; Richard Heights, Flint; Castle Street, Flint and Allt Goch, Flint.
The council has said it doesn't yet have information on costs.
Some local authorities across the UK are offering free use of their charging points, while others are pricing use of the charging points at £4 for every kilowatt hours.
