MCDONALD'S most iconic menu item is getting a re-vamp with the launch of the Chicken Big Mac.

Note the date in your diaries - February 2 is the the date you can get your hands on a NEW Big Mac variation.

The Chicken Big Mac is the classic Big Mac we all know and love with its reassuringly recognisable triple layered bun – plus two 100% chicken breast patties in a crispy coating, a slice of cheese, lettuce, pickles and the deliciously world-famous inimitable Big Mac sauce.

"The most iconic and beloved burger but with an exciting new twist!"

McDonalds is well-represented in North Wales with branches in Mold, Wrexham, Queensferry, Flint, Broughton, Llandudno, Rhyl, Abergele, and Bangor, and along the A55.

Cheshire too has its fair share, with branches in Chester and Cheshire Oaks.

Joining the menu alongside the Chicken Big Mac is a bumper line-up of favourites, including he Double Big Mac is back

Fans will be pleased to hear that the Mozzarella Dippers are also back on the menu. Stringy mozzarella cheese coated in breadcrumbs, gooey in the middle and served with a smooth salsa dip just waiting to be dunked.

McDonald’s fans will also be pleased to know that the McPlant is staying on as a permanent fixture in all restaurants across the UK and Ireland meaning customers can enjoy the iconic McDonald’s taste – plant based.

The Chicken Legend is making a much-anticipated return to the menu on the 2nd February also.
