A CAT which regularly hangs out at a local supermarket in Flintshire has left residents of the town 'feline' good.
If you have been to the Tesco store in Ponterwyl, Mold recently then you may have come across a furry friend hanging about near the plants and ornaments outside the shop.
Thomas the ginger cat has become quite a hit with locals in Mold and has become something of a mascot for the Tesco store due to his regular appearances there.
He is said to belong to the nearby Grange Vets.
Jon Muscott posted the above photo of Thomas, also dubbed 'Tom' and 'The Tesco Mascot', on the 'Mold and Surrounding Areas Development and Discussion Forum' on Facebook.
One user posted: "Ah I always love bumping into Thomas when I'm shopping. It makes my day, he's such a lovely, friendly cat."
Another added: "Always love giving him a few strokes. He's adorable."
A third commented: "He was there yesterday sat in a basket!"
A fourth person said: "He's a lovely cat. Thank you Tesco for caring."
A fifth user simply said: "He is adorable!"
Thomas has become such a regular visitor to the Tesco store over the last few months that a notice in his honour has now been placed outside.
It reads: "I have a loving home and I am a healthy cat. PLEASE DO NOT FEED ME. Meow."
