SNOW is set to hit Flintshire later today (Tuesday, January 4).
Forecasters predict that snow will fall this evening, from roughly 5pm onwards - with heavier snow to fall in places on higher ground.
The Met Office predicts that Mold and Buckley areas will see the most snow fall, likely at around 8pm.
Areas on high ground near Moel Famau are likely to see snow throughout the night, into tomorrow and Thursday.
The Connah's Quay area will likely only see rain fall.
