NORTH Wales Police has introduced Wrexham to the work family that will be keeping them safe on Christmas Day.
For many of us, Christmas is a time to spend at home with the family.
But we rely on frontline workers to spend the day away from their loved ones to keep us safe.
In Wrexham town, the "work family" of Rota 2 will be working on Christmas and Boxing Day.
North Wales Police posted: "One work family who will be spending Christmas together this year is Rota 2 from Wrexham Town. They will be working 7pm to 7am on Christmas morning then back again at 7pm Christmas night to 7am on Boxing Day.
"Sgt Humphreys, PC Thompson, PC Horton, PC Eaton, PC Hutchinson, PC Wadsworth and PC Edwards will be there for you throughout the night, keeping you safe ☺️👮
“Although we are sad to be away from our families, we are happy to be protecting the public and supporting each other in doing so”.
