A BRAND new inflatable park - the first of its kind in North Wales - has been launched in Deeside.
The Deeside Leisure Centre in Queensferry opened its Aura inflatable park to the public on Saturday, December 18.
Aura Wales first unveiled plans to open the site back in September.
Perfect for birthday parties and so much more, the giant park is suitable for people of all ages and can hold up to 60 visitors at once.
Set up in what was formerly the skate arena, which later became the 250-bed temporary rainbow hospital during 2020, the park features a range of fun slides and obstacle courses to tackle.
It is just one of the transformations made to enhance facilities at Deeside Leisure Centre of late, with a new skate park also set to launch on site in early 2022.
Deeside Leisure Centre Manager, Gary Roberts, said: "We are delighted to introduce a brand new attraction to Deeside Leisure Centre and continue with our promise to reinstate the leisure centre following the recent challenges brought by the pandemic.
"Aura’s brand new Inflatable Park is suitable for all ages, 5 years and over, together with dedicated Parent and Toddler sessions and Disability Friendly inclusive sessions. It was wonderful to officially open the park last Saturday and we have been delighted to receive great feedback from the local community."
