PLANS for the redevelopment of a pub and a hotel are amongst the latest applications submitted to Flintshire Council.
A planning application submitted last week is for proposed alterations to the existing external areas at the Mill House pub on Broughton Retail Park.
The plans are to add a new timber framed pergola shelter, new fixed seating, new planters and new festoon lighting with support posts.
Another application recently submitted is for the refurbishment and redevelopment of Mostyn Lodge Hotel.
It would see the refurbishment of the exterior elevations, the conversion of existing outbuildings to provide new community room and staff area and internal refurbishment to existing building.
The plans also include the addition of a small rear lobby to facilitate the relocation of the primary access point into the facility to better serve the internal layouts and operational capacity.
Other notable applications recently submitted to Flintshire Council are as follows:
- Retrospective change of use of land to create communal garden at Nant View Court, Buckley.
- Change of use of domestic outbuilding to holiday let accommodation at Cae Glas, Trelawnyd.
