The Victorian Christmas Market arrived in Wrexham, with a successful turnout.
Despite the cold, the market has proven to be popular this year, with over 100 stalls.
In the shadow of St Giles Church, the market was spread across the ground and up to Queens Square where the market began, just as it does every year, with stalls also inside the church with refreshments, carols and singing.
There were Victorian street performers dotted around the market and traditional Welsh lady carollers.
The stalls themselves were filled with all sorts of gifts, from sweets and hotdogs to woolly hats and jewellery.
There was a raffle, vegan treats and stalls selling alcohol, with mulled wine being the classic Christmas Market beverage. Others included Rose's cider which was selling its mulled cider, and several beer and spirit stalls also proved to be popular.
Elegance Natural Skin Care was selling skincare products made from goats' milk, which was founded when they saw that the spray of milk when milking the family goats helped with psoriasis!
Another stall, Goch and Company, sold all things chilli, from sauces to jams, to chilli oils and more.
"Spicy is our theme!", said Valerie Creusailor, director of the company.
The market also contained a traditional fair which consisted of a carousel and a Ferris wheel, with the fairground organ also entertaining the crowds.
The market is said to have seen its best early turnout in years according to stall holders.
One said: "Usually when we do the markets, it doesn't pick up till later on but this year it's been busy since it started."
