Road closures will hit much of the A55 this week.
Overnight closures will impact various parts of road throughout the week.
These are the sections of the A55 that will be disrupted by road closures this week.
A55 road closures
- A55 eastbound, junction 27-31: Resurfacing work will close the eastbound carriageway of the A55 between junction 27 for St Asaph and junction 31 for Caerwys this week. The road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am. The maintenance work will continue until December 8.
- A55 eastbound, junction 27: The entry slip road to the A55 will be closed at St Asaph this week. Roadworks will force the onlsip road of eastbound carriageway at junction 27 to be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am. It will reopen on December 8.
- A55 eastbound, junction 28: The entry slip road of the A55 at junction 28 for Waen/Rhuallt will also be closed overnight until December 8. The eastbound onslip road will close between 8pm and 6am each evening to allow resurfacing work to take place.
- A55 eastbound: The eastbound carriageway of the A55 will also be shut around the Pen-y-Clip Headland this week. Structural inspections are taking place on the stretch of road, forcing it to close overnight. Closures will begin on Tuesday and end Thursday morning, with the road being shut between 7pm and 6am each night.
