AN AMBITIOUS woman is converting a London double decker bus into the ultimate mobile home.
Delivery driver Hayley Rowson, 28, bought the bus in April 2021 and is devoting all her free time to make it a comfortable, drivable home.
She picked up the iconic red London bus in the capital and drove it to her home in Wrexham, where she has spent the last seven months on the conversion.Hayley, who is also an OnlyFans creator said: "I've always liked the idea of living in a really unique place, like a windmill or a lighthouse.
"The idea of a double decker bus won me over as it's not permanent and I can live in it anywhere.
"I love the fact that I'm not stuck in one location. I feel like I have so much more freedom, especially since I don't have a mortgage.
"I'm hoping to achieve a beautiful space that I can be proud of. I'm excited to get creative and I can't wait to show off what I've done with it!
"I'm doing all the planning and design by myself. I'm such a lover of interior design.
"I will get help when I need it, from either my dad or my partner. They've been so supportive."Hayley stressed that the conversion hasn't all been a smooth ride.
She added: "I actually got the bus completely stuck in some mud on the land it's being kept on at the moment!
"I was so stressed! But luckily, it wasn't anything a tractor couldn't handle."
She added: "I felt like there wasn't enough information on this type of thing online. I wanted to share my real problems and experiences for others to see, get involved in and even learn for their own projects.
"I want people to see my content and know that you don't have to live your life like everyone else.
"All your goals are achievable, the only thing holding you back is yourself!
"I believe you just have to work hard for your dreams and they will happen. If you want something enough, you will get what you want."
