A FORMER bank building in Wrexham town centre is to go under the hammer.
The old RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) branch in Lord Street is up for auction on November 10.
The vacant premises has been given a guide price of £100,000 plus.
It closed as a bank branch back in the summer of 2018.
Describing the property, auctioneers Pugh state: "A vacant town centre former bank with accommodation arranged over ground, basement and first floors.
"The property is situated in a pedestrianised area and holds vast potential for a variety of future uses, including possible part residential development, subject to any necessary consents."
