ICONIC items from Doctor Who, Star Trek, Aliens and more to go under the hammer in upcoming London auction
A full-size restored 1960s-era Dalek from BBC’s Doctor Who and Bruce Willis’ costume from 90’s sci-fi classic, The Fifth Element are set to sell for £30,000 - £50,000 ($40,800 - $68,000) and £20,000 - £30,000 ($27,200 - $40,800) respectively as part of Prop Store’s Entertainment Memorabilia Live Auction between November 9-11.
Other great lots include costumes from science fiction icons such Spock's (Leonard Nimoy) Sick Bay Costume from Star Trek: The Motion Picture (1979) which is estimated between £15,000 to £25,000 ($20,400 - 34,000)) and the Terminator's (Arnold Schwarzenegger) Hero Costume from Terminator Genisys (2015), estimated between £8,000 - £12,000 ($10,880 - $16,320).
More than 1,000 lots of props, costumes and production ephemera will be sold as part of Prop Store’s three-day auction, featuring a collection of film memorabilia worth over £5.5 million ($7.6 million).

- Restored Full-size Shawcraft Dalek from DOCTOR WHO: VARIOUS PRODUCTIONS (1960s). Estimate £30,000 - £50,000 ($40,800 - $68,000)
- Tron’s (Bruce Boxleitner) Helmet from TRON (1982). Estimate £30,000 - £50,000 ($40800 - $68000
- Lightweight M-41A Pulse Rifle from ALIENS (1986). Estimate £20,000 - £30,000 ($27,200 - $40,800)
- Korben Dallas’ (Bruce Willis) Costume Display from THE FIFTH ELEMENT (1997). Estimate £20,000 - £30,000 ($27,200 - $40,800)
- Spock's (Leonard Nimoy) Sick Bay Costume from STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE (1979). Estimate £15,000 - £25,000 ($20,400 - $34,000)
- Chick’s (Will Patton) Light-up Hero Spacesuit from ARMAGEDDON (1998). Estimate £10,000 - £15,000 ($13,600 - $20,400)
- Terminator's (Arnold Schwarzenegger) Hero Costume with Silicone Head on Display Mannequin from TERMINATOR GENISYS (2015). Estimate £8,000 - £12,000 ($10,880 - $16,320)
- Ava's (Alicia Vikander) Humanoid Costume from EX MACHINA (2014). Estimate £6,000 - £8,000 ($8,160 - $10,880)
Prop Store will hold a preview exhibition at their office facility in Hertfordshire, UK, between October 12 and November 11.
The exhibition will feature more than 120 lots, giving fans the opportunity to see props and costumes from the auction up close and ask questions of the specialists. The exhibition can be viewed by appointment only, email auction@propstore.com for more details.
