GOLDEN Girl Jade Jones is back in the gym as begins her journey to her fourth Olympic Games.

"The Headhunter" posted images of fellow Olympians Bianca Walkden and Lauren Williams sparring in the gym on Instagram.

Jade said: "Good session in the bag today."

Earlier, she posted a photo of herself smiling with the message: "So much fun in one week, feeling super blessed.

"But now its time to get back to the grind .. the come back starts today."

In the past few weeks, Jade has shared photos of herself out with boyfriend Jordan Gayle and from ringside at the Anthony Joshua fight in London.

Jordan, himself a former taekwondo star, accompanied Jade and her flatmate Bianca Walken when she turned for an open top bus tour of Flint after the Tokyo games.

Then, Jade posted: "So lucky to have the most amazing boyfriend and the most amazing friends.

Making memories and going through this crazy life together.

"Thanks for being the best!"

Jade returned to Flint again to visit pupils at her former primary school.

Children at Ysgol Gwynedd were treated to a special reading by Jade of her new book.

It was when quizzed by one pupil that Jade revealed she would soon be hard at work training for the 2024 games in Paris – adding that it would very likely be her last shot at Olympic gold.
