A PARANORMAL investigator captured mysterious lights in the skies above Flintshire in the early hours of the morning.

Lynn Murphy captured the images of the as yet unidentified objects above her home in Connah's Quay at 1am on Friday, September 24.

Lynn, who investigates ghost and UFO sightings, says she watched the objects for several minutes.

She said: "I caught some very unusual objects in the sky at1am this morning. I looked through my window to the back of the house and saw a very bright silvery object to the left in the sky. It looked like an arc with sharp points on the top. It seemed to be spreading itself out as if it was elongating itself and moving quickly to southwards.

"I grabbed my phone and went outside to the front of the house where I watched it. It now didn't move so I took some photos. It then moved over me and went north towards the estuary.

"I also took a photo of something behind the house. It was an unusual light that kept moving behind a house but was also in the night sky. It was high then low. This happened for about 20 minutes before disappearing altogether."

She said she doesn't believe it was an aeroplane.

Lynn added: "The only thing in the sky was over by the Wirral going towards Speke. It sounded miles away and it was going in the opposite direction."

Fellow investigator Russ Kellett said the Dee Estuary and North Wales coastline is a hotspot for such sightings.

He added: "One of the objects looks like a flying triangle. It's one of the best photos I've seen."

Russ is hoping others may have seen something at the same time to shed light on what Lynn saw.
