Latest planning applications
LOG CABIN holiday units in Holywell are amongst the latest planning applications submitted to Flintshire Council.
Received between July 26-30 in the Holywell and Flint areas include:
- Erection of 17 proposed log cabin holiday units at Ynys Hir Farm at Picton Road in Holywell
- Change in use of the land from agriculture to the keeping of horses, the erection of stables, and the installation of a horse walker and a lunge pen, with associated changes in ground level and creation of hard surface areas at Rhewl Fawr Road in Pen-Y-Ffordd,
- Erection of a raised platform to the rear of the property at Park Avenue in Carmel, Holywell
- Erection of a rear single storey extension at Maes Y Goron in Lixwm, Holywell
- Demolition of conservatory - Proposed Single storey rear extension at Palace Close in Flint
