The British summers are traditionally filled with communities coming together for fun-filled events.
And as with so much since the arrival of the coronavirus pandemic, we've had a lot less of them.
So today we put another of the region's favourite occasions in the spotlight, looking at photos from across the years of Mold carnival.
Always a colourful display, the annual event is a big hit with residents and visitors, even pulling in a few famous names over the years.
