THE latest planning applications have been received by Flintshire Council.
Here is what has been submitted in Buckley and surrounding areas:
- Change of use from business to shared residential accommodation at JTB Carpets in Buckley
- Change of use from a betting shop to aesthetics clinic use on Chester Street in Mold
- Conversion of existing dog kennels into annex with one bedroom and living space at Pant y Buarth in Mold
- Erection of 2.1m high fence. Fence abuts a highway and is required for privacy garden purposes at Cefn Bychan Road in Pantymwyn
- Proposed side and rear extensions at Ffordd y Rhos in Treuddyn
- Erection of a single storey extension for extended accommodation for elderly family members at Bryn Tirion, Ffrith
- Garage Conversion with bay to front and link to dwelling at Huxleys Lane in Hope
- Proposed rear two storey extension, garage extension and formation of new vehicular access at the Green Farm in Higher Kinnerton. Also there is an extension to existing agricultural building to provide roof over existing feeding yard
