PRINCE Charles has made a third stop on his North Wales tour to a site of historic beauty.
As part of his visit to North Wales on Monday, July 5, the Prince visited both the Wockhardt vaccine plant in Wrexham as well as the Iceland HQ in Deeside, Flintshire.
He has also been pictured making a stopover in Holywell and learnt about some of the ‘exciting plans’ in place for the St James’ facility.
The Prince was greeted by members of the Bridgettines, an order of sisters, during a visit to St Winefride's Guest House in the leafy market town.
He was welcomed by Lord-Lieutenant of Clwyd, Henry Fetherstonhaugh, as well as Bishop of Wrexham Peter Brignall and Roman Catholic parish Priest for Holywell, Father Justin Karakadu, during a tour of St Winefride's Well.
The Prince of Wales was invited to touch the well’s water – which has been said to hold healing properties since the medieval era.
