'WELSH translator' and social media star Maxine has answer the question she has been asked the most.
Broadcaster Maxine Hughes, 41, shot to fame last week when she appeared in the video trailer for the new docu-series Welcome to Wrexham alongside Wrexham AFC owners Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds.
Mae llawer iawn o bobl wedi bod yn gofyn imi pa dîm pêl-droed mae’r plant yn ei gefnogi, felly amser i osod y record yn syth ... @Wrexham_AFC @RMcElhenney @VancityReynolds #Wrexham pic.twitter.com/LGxrbROQPP

Originally from Conwy, Maxine moved to the USA when she was 17 and now lives in Washington DC where she is raising her young family.

In a video posted on Twitter, Maxine posted a video.
The message translates as: "A lot of people have been asking me which football team the children support - so it's time to set the record straight."
Maxine and her children loudly affirm their allegiance to Wrexham AFC in the video.
To shoot the video, Maxine flew to Los Angeles, where Rob McElhenney lives with his wife Kaitlin Olson and their two sons, after initially thinking the call for an American-bases Welsh translator was a joke.
Welcome to Wrexham will chronicle Ryan and Rob's takeover – the club announced their initial interest in investing in September 2020 – and follow the Reds’ fortunes over the following two seasons.
The series will be executive produced by McElhenney, Reynolds, Nick Frenkel and John Henion.
