A WREXHAM based company has celebrated after securing a place as of of the UK'S best companies to work for.
Moneypenny, the leading outsourced communications company has been ranked third in the UK ‘Best Business services’ Best Companies survey 2021 and in sixth place in the top Best Companies to work for in Wales.
The company, which has over 1,000 employees globally and headquarters in Wrexham, achieved outstanding scores in the annual survey, gaining a prestigious three-star rating which is only given to ‘extraordinary’ companies, and it also ranked 17th place nationally in the Large Companies category (200-1,999 employees).
Moneypenny went to great lengths to maintain the health, happiness and wellbeing of its staff over the last year, including offering a whole library of wellbeing, health and communication tools, from weekly mindfulness and daily yoga classes, to dog walking and vouchers for virtual pizzas.

The company also set up a special ‘cluck and collect Christmas bot’ and provided a free turkey, ham or nut roast for staff as a Christmas thank you for effectively having Moneypenny in their homes during the pandemic.
