WREXHAM'S new co-owner Rob McElhenney has expressed his love and pride for his two 'moms' ahead of Mother's Day in the US.
Rob's mother Helena McElhenney and her wife Mary Taylor shared their love story with GLAAD, the American media monitoring organisation founded as a protest against defamatory coverage of LGBT people.
Helena and Mary met 37 years ago.

Sharing their story, Helena said: "I was a school teacher for a few years and then decided to get into nursing. That's when I met Mary, and the minute I met her she was the person that I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with.
"She's my Mary."
The couple, who married three years ago, said it was tough on them and their families - Helena had three children of which Rob is the eldest - at the start of their relationship.
Mary said: "The first several years were really tough but we got through it."
Helena added: "If I could go back I would tell me not to be afraid. To be strong and know that, because you are who your are and you have a loving family that will support you.
Helena and Mary were married about three years ago.
GLAAD tweeted: "Happy Mother’s Day to every mom out there, including Helena McElhenney and Mary Taylor - moms to Rob McElhenney - who shared their love story with GLAAD."

Actor and produced Rob, who recently took over Wrexham AFC with Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds, tweeted that he was proud to call them both "mom".
Rob tweeted: "No family looks exactly the same. So proud to call both of these ladies 'Mom'."
Twitter users shared messages of support to Rob and his moms.
Back2Stonewall.com tweeted: "They raised a good man."
One Twitter user posted: "What we need is these lovely ladies to spill out all the embarrassing Rob moments. Families should be as happy as you can be, that's the only rule needed."
Another Twitter user joked: "Are you contractually obliged to buy them Aviation Gin every birthday, Christmas and Mother’s Day?"
Americans will celebrate Mother's Day this Sunday (May 9).
