EMERGENCY services were called to a person in need of "urgent medical attention" in Mostyn.
Police and the ambulance service were called to a medical emergency and "concern for safety" incident at an address on Ffordd Pennant on Wednesday afternoon.
Two ambulances and two rapid response vehicles attended the scene, with one person subsequently taken to Glan Clwyd Hospital.
A spokesperson for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: "We were called on Wednesday March 17 at approximately 12.42pm to reports of a person needing urgent medical attention in Mostyn.
"We responded with two rapid response vehicles and two emergency ambulances. One patient was transported to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd Hospital.”
A North Wales Police spokesperson said officers were called to assist with a medical emergency and "concern for safety" call.
