A WOMAN has sadly died after a crash in Overton last week.
North Wales Police confirmed the woman who was seriously injured following a collision on the A539 in Overton on Wednesday night (3rd February) has died in hospital on February 5.
She has been named as 36-year-old Adrianna Dereszewicz who was from Ellesmere in Shropshire.
Police are renewing their appeal for witnesses to the one-vehicle collision which happened at around 7:30pm and involved a silver coloured Vauxhall Zafira which left the road and collided with a house.
Sergeant Meurig Jones of the Roads Policing Unit said: “Our thoughts are very much with the woman's family and friends as they try and come to terms with what has happened.
“The investigation is underway and we continue to appeal to anybody who may have witnessed the collision and who is yet to come forward, or to anybody who may have been travelling along the A539 in Overton just prior to the collision and who may have dash cam to contact us immediately.”
