A CONNAH'S Quay man has been fined after admitting possession of class A drugs.
Mariusz Jacek Kaczmarczyk, aged 29 and of High Street, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Monday.
He admitted one offence; of possessing MDMA in Connah's Quay on January 11 last year.
Kaczmarczyk received a fine of £290 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as costs of £85.
The court made a forfeiture order in respect of the drugs.
