A BRYMBO man has received a fine after he admitted drug driving.
Jordan Kyle Howell, aged 27 and of Chariot Drive, appeared before Mold Magistrates Court on Monday.
He admitted one offence of driving while the proportion of a controlled drug was over the specified limit. The court heard the offence took place on July 20 last year when he was found to have tetrahydeocannabinol in his blood after driving a Volkswagen in Pen y Llyn, Wrexham.
Howell received a fine of £400 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 and received an obligatory disqualification for 12 months.
