A SONG inspired by Wrexham AFC talisman "The Bootlegger" has been tipped for Christmas Number One.
Ok, that might be a stretch but North Wales band Josgins are thrilled to announce their next release 'Tasty'.
The upbeat song is a hearty mix of football driven guitar and sonic beats.
The song is inspired by 'the Bootlegger' as well as by the all-round good vibes created by the Welsh national football team and Welsh football in general.

The single also includes a Welsh language version 'Poethi' and both versions are available to stream and download from all main online digital stores.
Iestyn Jones from the band describes the new single as “A perfect collision of old and new traditions. Tasty is a battle-cry for Welsh football and for football all over the world. It was inspired by a living legend known as ‘the Bootlegger’ and we’re hoping this song could be a ray of light that helps us through those long winter months”.
Josgins describe themselves as a "bilingual band of misfits. A convenient mix of guitar and atmospheric textures, fused with a fresh coat of sonic beats."
Bootlegger, real name Karl Phillips, become a social media sensation with his matchday vlogs following Wrexham AFC home and away earning him a cult following.
His twitter account has more than 310,000 followers and recently Wrexham Lager launched the Bootlegger 1974 Pilsner in his honour, describing it as "the perfect working man's tonic after a grueller in work".
