THERE have be many regal red letter days in the area over the years and the Leader has been there to capture every one of them on camera.

Most of the leading members of the royal family have paid flying visits to the region over the years, and some, like the Queen and Prince Charles, have been back time and again to delight the crowds and provide us with wonderful picture opportunities.
