A LOGISTICS business in Wrexham will remain open during the coronavirus outbreak.
The McCarthy Group, which is a warehousing, distribution and haulage business, took to social media on March 23, to inform the public that they will continue in operation throughout the virus pandemic.
They posted: "During this difficult time, whilst everyone is doing what they can to fight coronavirus, transport is listed as an essential service and as we are part of the supply chain, we are doing our best to continue to keep the supply chain moving.
"We’d like to thank all our team for all their hard work in making this happen.
"From the outset we have put systems in place to protect our customers and employees.
"We have taken the additional measure of suspending contact at delivery points, removing the need for electronic signatures and paper.
"We’d like to assure our customers that we are doing everything possible to maintain service.
"Keep safe and healthy everyone."
The Wrexham-based business, which has been established since 1950, offers logistics and distribution solutions for businesses across the UK, whilst providing delivery options that include full load, groupage and network solutions.
