POLICE officers are on the scene of a crash, on the A55, near to Hoole in Chester.
The crash has caused one lane of the A55 to close, just as the M53 ends according to a post on social media by the North West Motorway Police.
Delays appear to be easing off but were initially causing problems at the foot of the A55.
