Thousands of people attended Mold Carnival on Sunday which saw visitors entertained with activities and a roar or two as Rex the T-Rex came to town.
The event was held on the town’s Maes Bodlonfa Fields, known locally as The Rec and Kendricks Fields.
The main stage offered a host of live entertainment and music, including performances from Liverpool Chinese Martial Arts, who wowed audiences with Chinese Lion Dances.
Jane Evans, events manager for Mold Town Council, said: “It was a brilliant day enjoyed by thousands from start to finish and we have already received lots of positive feedback from all of our guests who say that the day was very enjoyable.
“A massive thank you must go to our volunteers, some of whom worked 36 hours this weekend, and the sponsors who helped us pay for infrastructure like the stages and toilet facilities. Without the wonderful community, the carnival would not have been so successful.”
