"The first and lonely year is over, the parting came so suddenly,
we often wonder why.
No last farewells were spoken, we never got to say goodbye, you were gone before we knew it.
You left behind broken hearts, but happy memories too,
but we never wanted memories we only wanted you.
Your place of rest we visit, your flowers we place with care,
but no-one knows the heartache, as we turn and leave you there".
Missed everyday by your ever loving wife Stella,
children Brian, Nigel & Sharon, daughters in law Sandra & Trudi,
grandchildren Michael, Hayley, David & Daniel,
also greatly missed by Charlie the dog.
