It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Hazel at The Countess of Chester Hospital on Tuesday 29th October 2024.
Hazel was a lively 91 year old who lived life to the full. She was a cherished mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Hazel will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her friends and family.
Hazel's funeral will take place at St. Ethelwold's Church, Shotton Lane, Shotton on Thursday 14th November at 1pm, followed by internment at Hawarden Cemetery 2pm. All of her family and friends are welcome to attend.
The family would like to especially thank The Flintshire Crisis Team, Deeside Home Care and the staff at The Countess of Chester Hospital, for the love and support they showed Hazel in her final days.
