GREENSMITH It is with a heavy heart that the family of Dr. Malcolm George Edward Greensmith of Llan-y-pwll announces his death on Tuesday, 21st May 2024. Born on 2nd September 1943 in Crewe, Dr. Greensmith graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in medicine in 1967. Dr. Greensmith's pursuit of radiology led him to spend 50 years in Wrexham, dedicating 35 years of his career to Wrexham Maelor Hospital as a consultant radiologist, and a further 15 years at Gobowen Orthopaedic Hospital. Dr. Greensmith also spent over 35 years as a club doctor and loyal supporter of Wrexham AFC. Dr. Greensmith is remembered by his wife, sons, daughters, and two much-loved dogs. Dr Greensmith's funeral will be held on Wednesday 5th June at 1:00pm at the All Saints' Church Gresford.
