SKINNER Frances 20th March 2024, Peacefully at home Park Avenue, Flint aged 81 years. Beloved wife of the late Bev, devoted mum to Michael, Susan, Cheryl and Tracy. Frances will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service at Northop Crematorium on Wednesday 10th April at 11am.
